This magnificent property with stunning views is available for rent this year as, unusually, we will not be coming to Kea for our vacation. Any combination of the spaces described in detail below, can be considered.
Obviously, for the peak July/August season we are preferring longer lets (10-21 days etc.) However we can discuss any combination. The property is also marketed through Airbnb but we prefer to let directly where possible. Please contact us for a bespoke quotation to suit your needs.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The main house is entered via a ground floor entrance with stunning views of the light house and leads to three double bedrooms en suite . Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom open out onto separate balconies with wonderful views of the Aegean and Kea’s lighthouse. Stairs to the top floor lead to the light and airy living, dining and kitchen areas. A large terrace surrounds the top floor with unequalled views of Kea's harbour and Agios Nikolaos bay. It has 2 seperate entrances from the street, four double bedrooms plus a single room as well as 3 bathrooms and provides ample spacious accommodation for 9 people. It has a large well-appointed sitting room with a well equipped kitchen and double doors leading on to the long balcony which stretches the width of the house and has good views of the bay. The apartment also has access to a roof top terrace with more stunning views.
A utility room and a separate cellar with ample storage complete the overall building which comprises a total of a little over 580 square metres in 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms comfortably sleeping up to 19 people. There is covered parking for 2 cars and further parking in the street behind.
The property is spacious enough to entertain a large number of guests as a whole unit or split into 2 rental areas, the main house (4 bed) , the single independent studio on the ground floor (1Bed) and the large apartment on the Lower Ground floor (5 bedrooms).
(NB. From a sale of the property perspective there is is a large independent studio room which is reached externally and has a double bed en suite shower room and 2 balconies with stunning views. Also, a very large storage area on lower ground floor.)
